Steel ball manufacturing process :

1. Title:

The first step is for the tunneling machine to cut the wire into short lengths and form a sphere between the molds.

2. Flickering:

A process for roughening a spherical blank and removing excess material around the sphere.

3. Heat treatment:

The ball is hardened by subjecting the alloy metal to controlled heating and cooling to improve its hardness and other properties.

4. Difficult trials and tribulations:

Slow and meticulous grinding ensures proper dimensions and size;

5. Grinding:

This process involves two steps: first, simple grinding, and then fine grinding. Both steps are to achieve a shiny finish and the precise dimensions required by ISO 3290 standards.

6. Cleaning:

First, clean the surface of the ball; then dry the ball with dehydrating oil; the final step is to apply rust-preventive oil to the ball. Once these steps are complete, each ball will be selected by machine or visually to ensure that each ball is perfect.

7. Inspection:

Each batch of products will be measured and inspected by a special inspector to check whether the products meet the customer's requirements.

8. Packaging:

These balls are wrapped in antioxidant or oiled paper, packed in a fixed number of standard-sized cardboard boxes, and finally placed in wooden crates or boxes. The packaging will be suitable for both sea and air transport. Special packaging is available upon request.
